Joining our day centre is simple, friendly, and designed to make you feel at ease every step of the way. We want to get to know you properly so we can make sure our centre is the right place for you, somewhere you feel safe, supported, and welcomed.

We Contact You
Once we receive your form, a member of our team will get in touch.
We’ll arrange a time to meet you at The Lodge for a friendly chat and assessment.
This is simply so we can learn more about you and make sure we can offer the support you need.

Come for Your Assessment at The Lodge
You’ll be warmly welcomed to our centre and shown around.
We’ll talk through your needs, your preferences, and answer any questions you may have.
This visit is all about making you feel comfortable and getting to know you.

Invitation to a Trial Day
If we feel we’re a good match for your needs, we’ll invite you to join us for a trial day.
This gives you the chance to experience the activities, meet our staff and members, and see how you feel in our community.

Become a Member
If you enjoy your trial day and would like to continue, we’ll complete the final paperwork together.
Once everything is in place, you’ll officially become one of our members and we’ll be delighted to welcome you into our day centre family.
